I have an amazing and beautiful cousin Haley. She battled with anorexia nervous during her teen years and has now written an amazing book about her experience called A Future for Tomorrow. If you have or know teenage girls she has great material about the disease but also includes great spiritual messages and information about how to love ourselves.
Check her out. Also if you are involved with a church group or school with young girls she also does speaking events and does an amazing job!
